Drop in and Draw
Life drawing, everyone welcome, koha entry. Thursdays from 5.30-7pm. Bring paper / sketchbook / pencil / pen.
Creative Fibre
Previously known as Taumarunui Spinners and Weavers. Creative Fibre meet on the second and forth Friday of each month, from 10 - 12.
Machine Knitting
Taumarunui Machine Knitters meet regularly...
Ruapehu Toy Library
The Toy Library is open Thursday and Saturday, 10-11am. Permanently located in the righthand side of the Arts Centre.
Taumarunui Art Centre provides the venue for these events, each is organised by a separate community group or individual.

Taumarunui Arts Centre is a venue for hire on the main street of Taumarunui, in the Ruapehu District of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our large exhibition room is ideal for art displays, community meetings and events catering for up to forty people. Also provided are also full kitchen facilities, toilets, a smaller ‘supper room’ and a large sunny deck facing onto Hakiaka Street.
Taumarunui Arts Centre is administered by the Ruapehu Community Arts Council, a registered charity with the purpose of supporting the arts within the Ruapehu District.
